The mob was outraged at Nintendo for toning down the sexualization in American versions of some games, particularly sexed-up depictions of teen-agers and eliminating the features in one game that allowed players to change the sizes of women characters’ breasts. They blamed Nintendo employee Alison Rapp, and harassed her until she was fired. Rapp actually lobbied to keep the breast-size-change feature.

Yes, this is a real thing that actually happened.

Thats not actually what happened – she was fired when they discovered she was moonlighting and was speaking publicly about how its ok to sexualise children. Pedo with a pretty face.

According to the article, Nintendo has no policy against moonlighting, and her statements about sexualizing children were misinterpreted. Do you have evidence to the contrary?

And the games that GamerGate is defending sexualize children. Teens are considered children in the US.
